A device (10) for treating neck tension or neck injury is provided. The device (10) includes a base (12) connected to a head support (14), which is capable of continuous bi-directional movement relative to at least one axis of said base. The device (10) is configured such that the continuous bi-directional movement is capable of repetitively flexuring and/or extending neck vertebrae of a user of the device (10).
