A front-loading washing machine is provided to enhance rigidity to be applied to high-RPM products by forming the diameter of a body bigger than the ends of the body so as to disperse stress when rotating the drum. A front-loading washing machine comprises a tub, a drum(40), and an expansion unit(43). The tub is installed in a housing and retains water. The drum keeping the laundry is installed in the tub and divided into a body and two end parts. The expansion unit is formed between the end parts and the body to allow the diameter of the body to be wider than the diameter of the end parts. |
