A luminous band structure is provided to allow a user, who works or enjoys a sport in a nighttime or in a dark place, to let other peoples recognize his/her movements or position so as to minimize or prevent an accident which is caused because he/she collides with other person or a motor car runs against him/her. A luminous band structure includes: a band, made out of a transparent synthetic resin and having many reflective grooves; and a light emission control body, connected to the band. The light emission control body comprises: a light emitting element(240), arranged in a lateral side of the band; a battery(250), supplying an electric power to the light emitting element; a switch(260), controlling the electric power of the battery; upper and lower body members(210,220), connected to each other by means of many connecting elements; a band connector(221), which is formed in one side of the upper and lower members, and to which one end of the band is connected; an opening(211), which is formed in the other side of the upper and lower members, and into which the other end of the band is inserted; a receiving part, arranged inside the control body itself; a guide hole(213a), a part of which is connected to the receiving part; a band fastening member(215); and a sliding member(214), connected to the band fastening member. |
