A horizontal standard frame for a concrete mold is provided to adjust height of the mold to upper and lower directions by screwing lower and upper members having concrete contact surfaces respectively. A horizontal standard frame for a concrete mold comprises a lower member(1), an upper member(3), a screw member(11), a rotary knob(13), and a snap ring(15). The lower member has a concrete contact surface(1a). The upper member has a concrete contact surface(3a) to install the concrete mold. The screw member is coupled with a lower surface of the upper member and provided with a thread on an outer peripheral surface thereof. The rotary knob is coupled to the lower member or an extension bracket coupled with the lower member to be rotated, and screwed with the screw member. The snap ring is coupled with the rotary knob to be rotated for the lower member or the extension bracket coupled with the lower member. Guides(21) are placed to two sides to guide the upper and lower motions.
