PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in vitro measuring method of blood platelet function in the fluidization state, in a field of blood platelet function diagnosis. SOLUTION: This method which is suitable especially for measurement of an effect of clopidogrel after oral ingestion and another P2Y(12) antagonist having antithrombotic activity and measurement of P2Y(1) antagonist having antithrombotic activity, includes (a) a step for allowing blood to pass the inside of a capillary, and then to pass an opening part of a partition member including at least one blood platelet activation material, and (b) a step for measuring a time necessary for generating thrombus until the opening part is blocked at the opening part of the partition member. In this case, a whole blood sample is formed by being mixed with an intracellular adenylate cyclase activation material before passing the inside of the capillary. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
