PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source device for effectively reducing electromagnetic wave noise leaking in a vehicle room. SOLUTION: This power source device has batteries 44 and 54 mounted on a vehicle, and a rear part shield cover 350 arranged so as to intercept a part between the vehicle room inside and the batteries 44 and 54 and forming an intake port 355 for introducing air in the vehicle room toward the batteries 44 and 54. The rear part shield cover 350 is formed of metal. The intake port is composed of a plurality of holes juxtaposed in at least two directions on a surface of the rear part shield cover 350 by mutually separating an interval.
