<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more improved NAND-type flash memory device to construct an embedded type computer system. <P>SOLUTION: A boot loader is autonomously read from a NAND-type flash memory through internal functions of the NAND-type flash memory device, and then the read boot loader is loaded into an SRAM within a device which is directly connected to an internal memory bus of a host CPU.
