<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To read an ordinarily unreadable QR code with high probability. <P>SOLUTION: This QR code reader has: an image data storage part storing image data obtained by photographing the two-dimensional code symbol QR code by a digital camera; a calculation means calculating a tilt of the image data; and a correction means correcting the tilt of the image data to a correct position from a calculation result obtained from the calculation means.
