摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical catheter tube having high flexibility, position adjustability, torque transmissibility, kink resistance and pressure resistance at its distal part, and having high degree of freedom for adjusting gradient control between rigidity and flexibility and a behavior setup property according to diversified access pathways, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: This catheter tube is so formed that its proximal part A includes a tube formed by covering a glass tube with polyimide, and a resin outer layer covering the tube; and a reinforcing material layer B included in the distal part B is disposed with a core/sheath composite fiber B1 wherein the core component includes anisotropic-melt aromatic polyester (a polymer), and the sheath component includes a sea-island structure consisting of the sea component including polyethylenenaphthalate (b polymer) and the island component including anisotropic-melt aromatic polyester (c polymer), and is braided with a synthetic resin fiber (B-2 fiber) containing particulate with radiopaque property and metal wire (B-3 wire) with their covering the core-sheath composite fiber (B-1). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
