PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent electromagnetic wave absorption plate which has a double-glazing constitution, which is excellent in heat insulation with respect to an electromagnetic wave having the frequency range of 2.45 GHz to 5.2 GHz used in a wireless LAN. SOLUTION: The double glazing is constituted of two panes of transparent sheet glass 1, 2 separately through the medium of a spacer 4 which is arranged at the peripheral end part, and by forming a sealed air layer 8 between the two panes of glass 1, 2. The thickness of the two panes of sheet glass 1, 2 is the 2 to 20 mm range, and the thickness of the air layer 8 ranges 5 to 15 mm. Then resistance membranes 6, 7 ranging from 20 to 2 KΩ/square are formed on each surface of the air layer 8 side of the two panes of sheet glass 1, 2 of the electromagnetic wave absorption plate used in the wireless LAN.
