PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor for sediment with high strength used for falling stone protection. SOLUTION: In the anchor for sediment used for falling stone protection, a soil pressure resistance plate for suppressing the displacement of an anchor body occurring when the anchor body is loaded is improved. A load capacity in the compressing direction in addition to a load capacity in the horizontal direction on surface soil on the soil pressure resistance plate is applied to the soil pressure resistance plate to provide the anchor for sediment with high strength. A conventional driving anchor body is formed in a rock fixed anchor body with large drawing resistance. A fitting for converting a load direction is fitted to the head of the anchor.
