PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the purpose of auditory diagnosis and prenatal training, etc., by giving auditory stimulation to a fetus. SOLUTION: Sound signals generated by a sound signal generator 5 are converted to electric signals of frequency higher than an audible frequency by a converter 4, the electric signals are transduced to ultrasonic signals by a transducer 3 and the fetus 2 in a mother body 1 is irradiated with them. Since the fetus 2 directly recognizes the ultrasonic signals as the sound signals by a sensory organ (not shown in the figure), the auditory stimulation with high reproducibility is given to the fetus without being affected by acoustic attenuation inside the mother body 1.
