When the determination is "Yes", the CPU 81 selects a performance identifier with reference to a performance determination table A and determines the performance (S242). On the other hand, when the determination in S241 is "No", the CPU 81 selects a performance identifier with reference to a performance determination table B and determines the performance (S243).
