PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a threshold value Ft is constant independently of operating condition of a mobile crane and hoisting performance allowable in a stable surface of the mobile crane is not utilized sufficiently in a current tipping monitor device 8 used for a mobile crane having a carrier so as to output a tipping signal when the grounding reaction force F of an outrigger jack 3 on a side opposite to a fall side is lowered to the predetermined threshold value Ft. SOLUTION: The tipping monitor device of the mobile crane having a carrier is structured to continuously, or step by step, fluctuate the threshold value Ft output from a threshold value output means 10 so as to be larger as a real working radius R and a real hoisting load W become larger by inputting a detecting signal from a working radius detecting means 13 for detecting real working radius R of a boom 5 and a detecting signal from a hoisting load detecting means 14 for detecting a real hoisting load applied to the boom 5 to a threshold value output means 10 for outputting the threshold value Ft.
