PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone terminal and a server, which enable easy joining in desired group communication from halfway, without being invited from a mobile phone terminal included in a group performing group communication. SOLUTION: A mobile station 10 includes: a memory 19 for storing group identification information (for example, mobile station on the originating side) and mobile station identification information of an initially specified mobile station correspondingly, as an incoming call history; and an incoming call history storage 23 which, upon receipt of an SMS (participant addition notification) or an SMS (participant withdrawal notification), updates terminal identification information stored as the incoming call history, based on the SMS (participant addition notification) or the SMS (participant withdrawal notification).
