<p>The device of a raw meatball-machine exhibits a stainless steel base plate (2), a stainless steel boiler (3) connected with a grid by a ball for an axial deep groove ball bearing and a slotted nut for the stainless steel lower boiler, directly interlocked bevel gear, a key, a retaining ring for rust-free steel shafts, a stainless steel shaft retainer equipped with a bronze friction bearing, a stainless steel triangle pillar connected with a stainless steel column and with the base plate by welding, and a stainless steel hammer connected with a stainless steel pipe holder. The balls with grid are arranged for axial groove ball bearing equipped with a grid between the boiler and the lower boiler. The protective cover is made of stainless steel plate. The conductor is connected to the roller and a rust-free steel nominal member wheel, which is welded with the gear wheels. The screw nut is screwed on the base plate by the welded screws. The housing is welded with four rectangular stainless steels at the base plate. The gear wheels run on the shaft with two groove ball bearings, which rest on a stainless steel board shaft. The roller consists of six stainless steel parts welded with one another, has ten deep groove ball bearings from short shafts arranged in the interior of the machine and is connected to a side for the retainer tube by welding and to another side for the conductor by connections. The shaft retainer and the lower boiler are connected with the base plate by welding.</p> |
