<p>The present invention relates to a sponge composition for molding, comprising, as main raw materials, 22-30 wt% EVA emulsion, 22-30 wt% natural latex and 30-40 wt% synthetic latex, and as subsidiary raw materials, 2-5 wt% expanding agent, 4.5-5.5 wt% vulcanizing agent, 1.5-2.5 wt% vulcanization accelerator and 3-5 wt% vulcanization acceleration aid. According to the invention, cup insoles or brassiere cups are molded using a sponge composition containing, as a main raw material, a mixture of a water-soluble EVA emulsion and a liquid latex, which provides all the advantages of EVA, which has light weight and is easy to process and in¬ expensive, compared to a rubber or polyurethane material, and the advantages of latex, which is excellent in physical properties such as elastic modulus and tensile strength. Thus, the composition has excellent moldability and mechanical properties, and possesses good workability, because a flat-shaped sheet formed from the composition can be continuously molded into cup insoles or brassiere cups through a pressing process.</p> |
