A plate for improving brightness is provided to improve brightness sufficiently and reduce a fabrication cost by forming a plate including a base layer, an air layer and a prism layer. An air layer(20) is formed on one surface of a base layer(10). A prism layer(30) is formed on one surface of the air layer. The air layer includes a support part(21) and a through hole part(22). A pattern layer is further formed on the other surface of the base layer. The pattern layer has a sectional surface of a plurality of polygonal, semi-circular or semi-oval polyhedral shaped-patterns or a sectional surface of a plurality of polygonal, semi-circular or semi-oval column shaped patterns. The patterns are adjacent to each other or not adjacent to each other.
