When a bracket (11) having a wiper motor (1) is fixed to a vehicle body (16a) through a rubber mount (21) for eliminating vibration, a portion not tightened with a nut (24) serves as a free end and prevents transmission of vibration generated by operation of the motor (1) to the body side. A portion of the rubber mount (21) in abutment with the body side is a truncated cone portion (21c) having a diameter decreasing toward the distal end (21d). The distal end (21d) of the rubber mount (21) in abutment with the body side is entirely tightened with a nut. Since a portion not tightened with a nut to serve as a free end is eliminated, function for suppressing transmission of vibration is further enhanced.
