A method for manufacturing a pottery for stone therapy massage is provided to mass-produce the pottery having a high far infrared emission rate and a smooth surface in a low cost. A method for manufacturing a pottery for stone therapy massage includes the steps of: putting 55-65wt% of clay, 9-11wt% of biotite, 6-8wt% of pottery stone, 5-7wt% of agalmatolite, 6-8wt% of plagioclase, and 9-11wt% of pyroxene, olivine, and magnetite into a grinder and grinding the materials into fine powder; charging the fine powder into an agitator and kneading the powder; forming the kneaded material into a predetermined shape in a shaper; drying the formed material; putting the dried material into a furnace and firing the dried material; coating the fired material with a glaze; and putting the glazed material into the furnace and firing the glazed material.
