An Internet community portal site is provided to enable a user to appeal an emotion state and a style of the user to visitors visiting the Internet portal site in detail by providing a big avatar face to express emotion or individuality of the user, and allowing face-lift of the avatar to change expression of the avatar. An Internet community portal site includes a solo pack and a couple pack. The solo pack enables the user to form an online community by including a self-cooking living menu for generating the avatar having the big face capable of expressing the emotion or the individuality of the user after registration, and providing an online personal community space, a chatting menu, an online night club menu, a solo unit menu, a shopping mall menu, a my-page menu, and a karat charging menu. The couple pack forms a couple community by including a cohabitation room menu, the chatting menu, the online night club menu, a couple unit menu, the shopping mall menu, the my-page menu, and a karat charging menu.
