<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of joining a rear cover to a second clutch drum for a dual clutch with no welding work. <P>SOLUTION: In the structure of joining the rear cover to the second clutch drum for the dual clutch, an internal spline 18A formed on the rear cover 12 of an integral body 18 of the rear cover 12 and a hub 13 is engaged with an external spline 22A formed on a second clutch drum 22 to eliminate the movement of the rear cover 12 relative to the second clutch drum 22 in the rotating direction. Furthermore, a female screw 30A provided on a stopper 30 is screwed into a male screw 19A provided on the outer periphery of an inside protruded portion 19 formed on the axial inside of the integral body 18 of the rear cover 12 and the hub 13 to push an end 22B of the second clutch drum 22 against the rear cover 12, thus preventing the relative movement in the axial direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
