<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soap foam generator for generating a high quality, consistent and uniform soap foam. <P>SOLUTION: A foam soap generator 24 is provided for implementation with various types of foam soap delivery systems 10. The foam soap generator 24 includes an air passage 54 and a liquid soap passage 48 converging on a mixing chamber 62 wherein a prefoam is generated for ultimate extrusion through a porous passage member 64. In one embodiment, and soap and air are delivered through coaxial tubes 40, with the soap being introduced axially into the mixing chamber 62 and the air being introduced angularly in a radial direction.
