<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase production of immunoglobulin molecules in immunoglobulin production using animal culture cells, by well balanced production of two kinds of polypeptide, i.e., heavy chain and light chain of immunoglobulin molecules. <P>SOLUTION: A recombinant vector is provided by being arranged, in downstream of a promotor, a base sequence (A) encoding the heavy chain composing the immunoglobulin molecule and a base sequence (B) encoding the light chain composing the immunoglobulin molecule, and, between the base sequence (A) and the base sequence (B), an internal ribosome binding sequence derived from mRNA encoding homeodomain protein Gtx. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
