<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management system capable of sharing the functions of outputting and reporting error information. <P>SOLUTION: In the information management system, an application server 15 includes a storage means 32 for storing error information about one's own device, a communication means 36, and a control means 31 for detecting updates to the error information stored in the storage means 32, and sending the error information detected to a monitoring and synchronizing server 13 via the communication means 36.
