PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic element which is small and easily connects a coil and a terminal. SOLUTION: The magnetic element 1 is constituted so that it may include a drum core 2 provided with a collar portion 2b having a collar face 2d at an end of a winding shaft, the coil 3 wound around the winding shaft, the terminal for connecting an end of the coil 3, and a shield core 4 provided with an engaging portion 4a having such a shape as being formed to be along a part of an outer periphery of the collar portion.
