PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor material and an organic semiconductor device which can be manufactured in an application process, have good transistor characteristics, are stable against oxygen, and are sufficiently inhibited in deterioration with time. SOLUTION: The organic semiconductor material contains a compound expressed by general formula (1). In the formula (1), L1and L2are bivalent linkaging groups. A1and A2are monovalent substituents. At least one of A1and A2is a substituent containing an optically active carbon atom, silicon atom or germanium atom. Z is a substituted or non-substituted aromatic ring, and n is an integer of 0-2.
