PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for sticking a tape, capable of surely sticking a tape to a hub via the proper amount of liquid. SOLUTION: The device 1 for sticking a magnetic tape MT to the hub H of a reel CR in a cartridge case C is provided with a case installation part 2 for installing the cartridge case C, a liquid applying device 20 for applying liquid to stick the magnetic tape MT to the hub H, and a finger arm 3 capable of holding the magnetic tape, arranged near the case installation part 2, and passed through the opening C1 of the cartridge case C installed in the case installation part 2 to freely move back and forth close to the hub H. An applied area where the liquid is applied on the magnetic tape MT by the liquid applying device 20 has an application width in the rear end of the area set narrower than that in the tip of the area.
