PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape adhering device which can stably apply liquid for adhesion to a winding core without waste, and manufacturing equipment of tape cartridge. SOLUTION: The tape adhering device 30 which adheres a magnetic tape MT to a winding core H of a tape reel CR through the liquid for adhesion, has a holding section 32 holding the magnetic tape MT, and an application section 33 which applies the above liquid to the winding core H at a leading end from a holding section 32, and it is equipped with a finger arm 31 which is a tape transport means which can move freely toward the winding core H of tape reel CR. The application section 33 is constituted to have a reservoir section 34 formed concave in order to store the above liquid and a roller section 35 prepared inside the reservoir section 34 and can rotate along a surface of the winding core H.
