PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional public lottery machine draws numbers at random, and cannot choose user's favorite numbers or numbers considered to hit. SOLUTION: Numbers most possible to hit which a user considers, or numbers which the user likes, can be chosen in a free range or forms.
