<p>The roving machine for spinning of threads, comprises wings (2), actuator, electromotor, and an absolute valuator (11) arranged on a shaft connected with the wings in form-locking manner. The valuator device seizes the position of the wings in accurate rotation angle in all operation condition and transfers to a comparative device (13) in which the wing position is compared with a pretendable rotating angle position. The rotation of the electro motor is controllable in such a way that the motor stops the machine in the given rotating angle position of the wings. The input device has a teach-in-device by which the comparative device is enterable to a rounded position of the wing as target position. The machine is equipped with a separate thread-break sensor (8, 20) at the rear and front row of the wings. The comparative device transmits different shutoff signal. The machine stops in different pretended angle position. The input device is equipped with a data storage, in which different rotating angle position of the wings is stored and is again retrievable. The position desired in coil change of the wings is considered as rotating angle position. The wings are positioned before the doffing with high speed. Independent claims are included for: (1) a wing; (2) a shaft; (3) a comparative device; and (4) input device.</p> |
