An antistatic composition is provided to ensure high surface hardness, high scratch resistance, and excellent transmissivity for visible lights. An antistatic composition forms an at least two-layered coating film, wherein a lower layer part is a substrate having a conductive coating film or a conductive substrate, and an upper layer part is a paint that forms a coating film through natural hardening, thermosetting, ultraviolet hardening, electron beam hardening, etc. The paint comprises 5-99% of a synthetic resin component, 0-95% of an organic solvent, and 0.0001-1% of a conductive material. The upper layer part is a single coating film that has an electrical resistance of 10^(12) ohm/sq or more and does not have an antistatic function. The lower layer part is a conductive substrate having conductivity on the surface. |
