A portable interface apparatus is provided to improve the utilizing degree, by disposing an auxiliary circuit including a storage medium circuit or a charging circuit for storing data within a body of the apparatus. A portable interface apparatus includes terminals(210,310) for connecting a computer and a portable device or two portable devices, wherein the terminals(210,310) are formed on lateral surfaces of a body together with rotating units(200,300). A memory(601) and a control circuit part(602) are disposed in a space part within the body. The memory(601) and the control circuit part(602) are connected by a flexible cable.
