A combination switch device for a vehicle is provided to eliminate or reduce production of a defective by removing the possibility of malfunction due to position variation of components. A combination switch device includes a housing and a manipulation lever rotatably mounted on the housing and having a manipulation knob provided on one end thereof. The manipulation knob has a knob center shaft(2310) installed in parallel with a longitudinal direction of the manipulation knob. The knob center shaft has a through-hole(2311) at a center portion and a guide groove(2312) for opening the through-hole. The manipulation knob has an outside knob mounted on the center shaft.
