<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser welded body which is made by integrating prepared members easily by one welding process, and shows an excellent welding strength of the forming members without damaging a resin characteristic. <P>SOLUTION: Laser beam-weakly absorbing forming members 1 and 2 contain a thermoplastic resin and a laser beam absorber to have absorbance (a) of 0.07 to 3.0, and absorb at least a part of the laser beam but transmit another part of the laser beam. The laser welded body is obtained by welding a joint by heat generated by irradiating with the laser beam at least parts of the ends of one or a plurality of the laser beam-weakly absorbing members, butted to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
