摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the control of parallel de-spreading of a common redundant hard resource by reducing the number (circuit scale) of redundant hard resources which perform de-spreading when updating the path timing, in CDMA receiving device and its path timing update control method. <P>SOLUTION: A path timing reported by a searcher portion 3-1 is stored in a buffer memory 3-21, and a slot number for which de-spreading is performed by individual resources 3-41 to 3-4M is acquired from a slot counter 3-24, and a slot having a number which is the acquired slot number plus the number of slots L which need processing for preparing path updating is determined as a path update slot. Then, a de-spreading code of the path update slot is created by a slot boundary code initial value generating circuit 3-25. Using an initial value of the de-spreading code, only one slot de-spreading of the path update slot is performed in a new path timing by a redundant resource 3-3, and subsequent de-spreading is continuously performed by the individual resources to restore the redundant resource. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
