<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide liquid pharmaceutical preparations capable of dissolving thiamine laurylsulfate at high concentration in brewed vinegar, and excellent in antimicrobial activity. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid pharmaceutical preparations are composed of thiamine laurylsulfate, and at least 1 kind selected from the group consisting of phosphate, carbonate, organic salt, basic amino acid, and basic amino acid polymer, and brewed vinegar.
