<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming an antifouling film on a spectacles frame which is excellent in water repellency and oil repellency, and simple in dropping of dirt even if the dirt sticks to the spectacles frame. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of forming the antifouling film on the entire of or on a part of the surface of the spectacles frame, the surface of the spectacle frame is subjected to preconditioning and after an acrylic silicon resin-based coating material is applied thereon, the acrylic silicon resin-based coating material is cured. In this case, primer application may be employed for the preconditioning and before the primer cures, the acrylic silicon resin-based coating material may be applied and the primer and the acrylic silicon resin-based coating material may be cured to perform polymerization bonding.
