PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stopper member that can regulate a movable range, has improved working efficiency, and can be coped with by additional machining. SOLUTION: An operation member 32 has an operation lever 32a held by a housing 21 and a contacting section 61r in contact with the operation lever 32a in the stopper member 61 blocks the rotation of the operation lever 32a exceeding a prescribed position. The stopper member 61 has locking sections 61m, 61n engaged to a section 21m to be locked in the housing 21.
