PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly store log information required by a user without performing overwriting into the necessary log information stored in a circulation type storage device. SOLUTION: This controller is provided with: a program execution means executing a program including a function program; a circulation type storage means storing information by cyclic use of a storage area; a logging information setting storage means storing stop factor information set with a factor causing a stop of the storage of the log information of the program execution means; an output information monitoring means deciding accordance between the stop factor information, and the log information, a return value and an identifier of the function program; a logging control means outputting a logging stop instruction to stop the storage of the log information by a decision result of the output information monitoring means; and logging processing means making the circulation type storage means store the log information, and stopping the storage of the logging information when receiving the logging stop instruction.
