PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid cleaning composition which can impart a high strong scent-leaving property. SOLUTION: This liquid cleaning composition contains: (A) emulsified particles which contain (a) a polymer compound containing (a1) one pt.mass of a constituting unit of a 2-20C having one or more groups selected from a hydroxy group, a carboxylic acid, a quaternary ammonium group, an amino group, and an amide group (except for the unit constituting (a2)) and (a2) a constituting unit of an 8-22C hydrocarbon with the mol ratio (a1)/(a2)=100/30 to 1,000/1, (b) 1-100 pts.mass of an oil whose solubility to water at 20°C is not more than 1g/100g, and (c) 0.005-30 pts.mass of a perfume, and is obtained by emulsified (b) and (c) with (a); and (B) a nonionic surfactant having an 8-20C alkyl or alkenyl group and a polyoxyalkylene group whose average addition number of moles is 5-30 and/or a saccharide residue in the molecule, with (A)/(B)=1/100 to 1/5.
