PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat device capable of moving a headrest 50 backward of a vehicle while maintaining the posture before tilting backwardly when a seatback 14 is tilted backwardly. SOLUTION: An intermediate portion of a headrest frame 46 for supporting the headrest 50 is pivotally supported by a main frame 22, and a lower end thereof is supported by a lower portion 22B of the main frame 22 via an upper link 52 and a lower link 54. When the seatback 14 is tilted backward of a vehicle, the headrest frame 46 is turned backward of the vehicle while relatively turned with respect to the main frame 22 around a spindle 44. Thus, the headrest 50 is moved backward of the vehicle while maintaining the posture before tilting, and performs the reclining operation while maintaining a space from an occupant's head to be substantially constant.
