PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear cargo compartment structure of a vehicle capable of securing a cargo compartment having the deep and wide bottom, by enabling a cargo compartment board to exist in a lower position by making a seat back fall down, by independently forming the seat back in a folding-up state, by regulating interlocking of operation of the cargo compartment board from the seat back side, while improving operability when loading a cargo, by enabling seat interlocking operation from the cargo compartment board side, by folding up the seat back, by interlocking with the upward movement of the cargo compartment board. SOLUTION: An interlocking mechanism 54 is arranged for interlocking upward moving operation of the cargo compartment board 36 with folding-up operation of the seat back 33B. The interlocking mechanism 54 has a regulating mechanism for interlocking operation of the seat back 33B with operation of the cargo compartment board 33 and regulating interlocking of the operation of the cargo compartment board 36 with operation of the seat back 33B.
