PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optimum HB configuration of an inkjet head in which a heat radiation performance from a heater is made good, and also high-density formation is enabled. SOLUTION: Penetration electrodes are set immediately below a plane of projection of the heater, whereby the heat radiation performance from the heater is made good and also high-density formation is enabled.
