PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solidification method for disposing protective garment and curing sheet polluted with asbestos by reducing overall disposal costs for "measures to asbestos pollution" including peripheral materials polluted with asbestos. SOLUTION: After removing asbestos from buildings, it is solidified by cement to be disposed in the improvement of ground, or the like. In this case, the peripheral materials such as the protective garment and curing film polluted by the removing work for asbestos are converted as packaging bags.
