A method of fabricating a display apparatus is provided to harden a sealant as changing an irradiating position of the ultraviolet ray according to the sealant, and to irradiate the ultraviolet ray corresponding to the sealant, thereby preventing imperfect hardening of the sealant and contamination of a liquid crystal. A method of fabricating a display apparatus comprises the following steps of: forming a unit cell consisting of a display area displaying an image on a first glass mother substrate and a peripheral area surrounding the display area(S110); spreading a sealant in the peripheral area(S120); combining the first glass mother substrate and a second glass mother substrate to be faced each other(S130); and hardening the sealant by irradiating the ultraviolet ray corresponding to the sealant area(S140). The hardening step comprises the following steps of: arranging a mask for shielding the ultraviolet ray to an area except the sealant in the unit cell; and irradiating the ultraviolet ray as changing an irradiating position of the ultraviolet ray according to the sealant. |
