A heat exchanger for a vehicle of which a header and a tank are integrally formed is provided to prevent a clad seat from being separated while carries and to manufacture easily with a lower cost. A heat exchanger for a vehicle comprises a plurality of tubes(7), an upper header tank(3), and a lower header tank(6). The upper header tank has a first header tank(1), a second header tank(2), and a plurality of separators(30). The lower header tank has a third header tank(4), and a fourth header tank(5). A heat exchanging fluid(90) is introduced to the first header tank. The heat exchanging fluid is discharged from the second header tank. The plural separators control heat exchanging fluid flow of the first and the second header tanks. The third header tank passes introduced heat exchanging fluid to one side. The fourth header tank passes the heat exchanging fluid to the opposite side of the third header tank.
