A safety rotary hinge device is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost without degrading a hinge motion by making a simple structure that a torque member is not placed in one of right and left tilt parts. A safety rotary hinge device includes a swivel part(S), a tilt part(T1,T2) and a swivel interference structure. The swivel part includes a fixed bracket(10), a fixed shaft(20), a swivel bracket(30) and a torque member. The fixed bracket is built in a body of an instrument. The fixed shaft is established not to move freely against the fixed bracket. The swivel bracket is connected to the fixed shaft to rotate. The tilt part includes a tilt shaft, right and left tilt brackets and a torque member. The tilt shaft is individually established in right and left vertical parts(33) of the swivel bracket. The right and the left tilt brackets are individually connected in the right and the left shafts and include a monitor of the instrument. The right and the left tilt shafts are connected to the swivel bracket to rotate freely and to move with the tilt bracket as one body. The swivel interference structure prevents the swivel bracket from rotating over a set angle between the end(51a) of a first tilt shaft(51) facing the fixed shaft and the top of the fixed shaft where the first tilt shaft is one of the right and the left tilt shafts. |
