A method for generating a key-stream by using a clock-controlled function for cryptosystem is provided to inhibit an increment in generating time for the key-stream by controlling a clock. A method for generating a key-stream by using a clock-controlled function for cryptosystem includes the steps of: including an LFSR(Linear Feedback Shift Resister) A 210, an LFSR B 220, a memory storage bit 250/260, and an output bit operation 270 in the key-stream generating device; performing a feedback for each bit through feedback connection 230, 240 by the LFSR A 210, an LFSR B 220; and controlling a clock through an operation of a clock-control connection 280 by bit states of an LFSR A and an LFSR B. An apparatus using the method includes a part(280) for calculating the clock to control the clock, a comparison part to calculate, and a pair of memory bits(252,262).
