An apparatus for diagnosing and healing a body, and clothing having the same are provided to enhance health of a user by embedding a micro medical device in the clothing of the user. An apparatus for diagnosing and healing a body includes diagnosing units(10-1 to 10-n), a controller(50), and healing media generators(20-1 to 20-n). The diagnosing units measure bio-signals of a user. The controller determines whether the bio-signals from the diagnosing units are abnormal. The healing media generators emit a healing medium to a predetermined healing point of the user under the control of the controller. A memory(30) stores healing data for controlling the healing media generators. A communication unit(40) communicates with an external remote device via a communication network.
